Due to the nature of digital services and instant delivery mechanisms, all purchases made on BEASTSMM.ONLINE are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and the process begins, we cannot cancel, reverse, or refund the order under any circumstance.

If your order is stuck in processing for more than 24 hours, please contact our support team. We will investigate and either complete the delivery or provide a solution in the form of service credit β not a refund.

If services such as followers, likes, or views drop after delivery, please check if a refill guarantee is available on the specific service. You may request a refill within the valid timeframe. Refunds are not provided for dropped metrics unless stated.
